Joan Campbell M.D. graduated from the University of San Diego School Of Medicine and completed her Diagnostic Radiology residency at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in 1997. She is fellowship trained in Women’s Imaging and has practiced at the Breast Health Center at University of California Irvine Medical Center for 14 years.
Over the years, her practice has evolved solely into breast imaging. Dr. Campbell is proficient in all interpretation and interventional modalities of Breast Imaging including Digital Mammography, Ultrasound Guided Breast Biopsy, Stereotactic core biopsy and Breast MRI. She is a winner of the 2010 Orange County Physician of Excellence award featured in Orange Coast Magazine and 2012 America’s Top Doctors Castle Connolly Ltd.
