Ernesta Wright

Executive Director


Ernesta is a native of Orange County , California . She is now the Executive Director of The G.R.E.E.N Foundation. She has been active in civics, business and social issues in the African American community and the community at -large in Orange County throughout her life. She has succeeded as an entrepreneur for the past nineteen years, and owned Elite Beauty Supply for 8 years. She is dedicated to The G.R.E.E.N Foundation on a full time basis.

In four short years – she has become a national speaker on several key topics on sustainability and networking to nurture relationships ultimately leveraging your organization’s ability to sustain itself financially. If you’re interested in having her to speak at your national, local or community groups, contact us. Several workshops that are dear to her heart; reaching the African American community faith-base and community base; Personal Credit Restoration and the one-on-one / face-to-face interaction.

- Successfully procured a multi-year contract to provide technical assistance to grassroots, faith-base and community based organizations.

-  Under her leadership the organization has establish key links nationally. National teleconference calls are conducted monthly through the African American Marriage Movement.

Jim Bowman


A financial services entrepreneur with greaer than thirty years of sales and marketing experience with major US corporations. Following eight years of military service as an Army Air Defense commander he entered the corporate world as an entry sales person. He quickly rose to levels of increasing responsibility with major corporations such as PPG Industries, Pittsburgh , Pa ; Sherwin Williams Corporation, Cleveland , Ohio and Pergo Flooring Company, Raleigh , NC .
































Kobina Wright


Kobina Wright is a second-generation Southern California native and attended the University of Georgia for two years before transferring to California State University, Fullerton, where she earned her BA in journalism, minoring in Afro-Ethnic Studies.
Wright has written for publications such as LACMA Magazine, The Daily Titan, and CYH Magazine. In 2004 she wrote her third volume of poetry titled, Say It! Say Gen-o-cide!! – dedicated to the Rwandan Genocide of 1994. In 2003 Wright created the Hodaoa-Anibo language and in 2004 published the first edition Hodaoa-Anibo Dictionary.
































































Patricia A. Harvard-Hinchberger, Ed.D, MSN, R.N.CNS


Assistant Professor / California State University, Dominguez Hills Prior to joining California State University Dominguez Hills as faculty, in August 2003, Dr. Harvard served as a nursing education and research faculty member at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from January 2002 to December 2002. During her one-year contract she assisted in the design an innovative nursing curriculum using World Health Organization and European Mediterranean standards, and served as interim Assistant Chief, Nursing Education, and Research. As a member of the nursing faculty, she developed and taught adult education programs while accepting responsibility for guiding the progress of graduate and undergraduate junior faculty from an affiliated University.

Dr. Harvard received her Doctor of Education degree from the University of San Diego with a major in Education Administration and a focus on leadership. She received her Masters of Nursing Science from CSUDH with functional preparation in education and a clinical specialization in gerontological nursing. She earned a Masters of Arts degree in Educational Technology, with a minor in Instructional Design from San Diego State University. Dr. Harvard received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is a member of numerous professional organizations and current president (2005 – 2007) of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, Xi Theta Chapter.










Ramona Lawson


Ramona Lawson, founder and director of Ramona Vocational School, Inc.; A vocational school which teaches, floral design, cake decorating, childcare and offer parenting classes and self-esteem workshops. With two locations, a campus in Santa Ana and Paramount, California. She has been in business for 9 years and currently attends University of Phoenix to complete her educational goals.
