Exploring the health needs of the African American community to promote –early detection through prevention, screenings and healthier lifestyles.

The presenters are medical doctors, researchers, scientists and health professionals who are collaborating with community partners to create a healthier community…together!

All conferences are planned for a day of learning and engagement.
