How do you relax?

This past weekend I took a moment out of my day to spend some time alone to reflect. For me reflecting is relaxing. I get a chance to be selfish with my time and allow my thoughts to drift. In the last few days, I felt a sense of awe!  Several things occurred during the last few weeks and I wanted to reflect to experience all of what was and is happening with me personally and professionally.  Do you think it is difficult to appreciate all of your surroundings? Are experiencing all of the Vitamin D especially for those who are living in areas of sunshine. How are you connecting with the energy beneath you?  Perhaps energy can be felt steps from your front door?
