Staying Healthy is a Daily Choice!

It’s been quite sometime that I posted and I promise I will do better in 2013.  I want to hear more from you on how you are making a choice every day in staying healthy.

For me I have limited my sugar intake  in my coffee, reduced amount of sweets that I eat daily instead of a donut I chew a piece of gum.  I’m not suggesting that I am giving up sweets NO way I am giving them up every day.  Now, that I shared with you how I may struggle every day each of you share how you are choosing to stay healthy every day.
