Get Moving 4 Healthier U

If you feel like I do at times, exercising is the last thing that I want to do first thing the morning or the last thing to do at the end of the day. However, so much research shows how important it is to get or remain healthy.

We are hearing more and more about exercising or better yet how important physical activity is necessary to maintain weight, ward off diseases and for overall well-being.

Here are a few easy tips to get a little more active for a healthier you. Some of these I personally do however…I do admit, I need to incorporate more movement. When I do, I feel better —
1) use stairs instead of the elevator 2) Walk to places than driving 3) go for a walk during lunch time with co-workers or friends 4) take a break at work and move your arms or legs 5)Dance at home to your favorite song
