I have taken time to reflect on what worked and what I believed didn’t work in 2012 to try to do things a little different in 2013. I don’t know all of the answers however, I am determined to make the necessary changes to become healthier by making the right nutritional choices, exercise more and to live a life of intention. I do want to be a part of change and I know it must continue to begin with me. We all can make a healthier life for ourselves why not start with the new year. Happy New Year!
