We often hear about stories how someone barely made to the hospital – the “just in time” that is commonly known in manufacturing companies of keeping inventory low. Well, I hear this too many times through stories of others how they made to the emergency room or their doctor office before devastation happened. Unfortunately, the devastation is near death.
Take the time to listen to your body.
TIP: Just before you fall asleep take the time to do a body check. 1) lie down flat 2) take a couple of deep breaths 3) start from your head –ask yourself, is anything going on with my head?; any pain? — NEXT go to your neck, then your shoulders, now I think you get it. Stay present and don’t fall asleep.
You may be amazed how well you get to know your body and just maybe you will begin to like it. Well, maybe not.
